Village Walk Condominiums in Wilton, CT

Village Walk Condominiums
is very centrally located, in the center of Wilton, but town is at a crossroads to everywhere!  Route 33 to Westport goes by on one side, Route 7 from Norwalk to Wilton runs along nearby, and Wolfpit Road to New Canaan is a short 1/4 mile away.  If you drive straight out of the exit across the way, Sharp Hill Road takes you toward Weston.   Orems Diner, the oldest restaurant in town, sits a short 1/8 mile south on Route 7.  There are so many amenities for home buyers - shops, movie theatres, fabulous restaurants, markets, coffee shops, etc. within reach of a quick walk.

Values always hold fairly well here at Village Walk Condominiums, since the demand stays fairly strong for these desirable units, and they are so close to the town shops and the train.   There are usually a few homes for sale on the market, but they seem to sell fairly quickly.   Each unit has a somewhat private patio area for grilling and entertaining.

The pool, obviously, is a huge attraction for young families with children.Village Walk in Wilton, CT                                                                                                       Village Walk condos pool
