Ever Heard of “Reputation Architecture?”

The real estate industry is on the cusp of the biggest shift in marketing strategy — ever. The future will usher in the age of Reputation Architecture, and the real estate professionals who execute on this change will be highly rewarded.  Buyers are planted firmly in the driver's seat, and traditional home search leads are spiraling into irrelevance. Savvy consumers are increasingly protecting their privacy by screening incoming contacts and ignoring salespeople.

Ginny Gorman, a real estate professional from the Southern RI real estate area, will be using this newer concept of “Reputation Architecture” gained from her ActiveRain training for her real estate business at Phillips Post Road Realty in North Kingstown RI.   Yes, it is being reflected on her web presence at www.RIHouseHunt.com too.  It will focus on strengthening her online marketing skills and expanding her knowledge into new areas that are equally important in this new internet age of real estate.   Think of it!   Buyers and sellers today are on the internet looking for homes and comparing homes to theirs over 90% of the time!   Even the elderly are being guided by their children on the internet.  Ginny is the leader and wants to maintain that stance in southern Rhode Island real estate online marketing!!

Ginny Gorman, a Realtor and Accredited Buyers Agent from the Southern RI real estate area, brings the knowledge of the schools, community, politics and regional experience that will save you time and definitely money in your home search.  Her expertise of RI waterfront and ocean front real estate in North Kingstown, South Kingstown, Narragansett, Jamestown, Charlestown RI and beyond is part of what she shares with her clients.  She is a savvy Internet marketer and is a well known RI blogger on the ActiveRain real estate platform.  Her strong customized internet marketing plans sell homes. To a buyer, she is right on top of the latest home offerings that can meet your family's needs - give you the local expertise you require in making your purchase. To a seller it is all about getting the word out in the marketplace.  Google her!

Don't get left behind. Grab this RI realtor, Ginny Lacey Gorman, who knows how to lay the foundation of your marketing online and help you reap the rewards.
