Do You 3D? Experience a 3D Virtual Tour!

3D Virtual Tours!

Imagine Touring a Home from the Comforts of Your Own Living Room!

We here at Dagny's Real Estate have bought this amazing camera and technology, and are thrilled with the results.   It is awesome to use and awesome to view the results!

New software by Matterport allows homebuyers to experience a property online. Home buyers can tour a property using their computer's mouse or arrow keys to navigate through the property and enter each room of the home. 360 degree views of each room are available and homebuyers can zoom in on specific details. They can navigate to any room of their choice and explore the space virtually at their own leisure as they would at an in-person open house or tour.

Experience a 3D Virtual Tour on your own by clicking:

52 Old Farm Road, Wilton, CT

By controlling your own virtual tour, you can experience the true flow of a property.  You can click their way through the home any time of day, without ever setting foot on the property or traveling to long distance destinations! Save time by identifying which homes to tour in person.

In addition to the virtual tours, the software features dollhouse views and floor plan layouts.  For more information on 3D virtual tours, please read the full article on Dagny's Real Estate website.

If you are thinking of selling your home, consider using a 3D virtual tour. Contact Dagny's Real Estate of Fairfield County for all your real estate needs!

Dagny I loved it and kept on playing with it.  This gives a completely different perspective.

Dagny- I love it!!!  And took the tour through the house and it is a beautiful property!  This is a wonderful way for out-of-town buyers to preview a property before they arrive.

Dagny -- this looks like a great tool for real estate agents.  I'm going to check into this further.

Beautiful property and a great way to tour it. This is pretty cool technology, but clearly not right for all properties. It's pretty expensive isnt it? Better to work with a photographer who uses it. I'd be interested in hearing what buyers have to say about the techonology

Dagny Eason - now that's an expensive toy - and as much as I like it, wondering aren't we opening Pandora's box and inviting crooks in the home?

The power of video done right, is your buyer can step foot in your home town, take in the local events, taste and sample the flavor of the local community. You the agent are the tour guide, the first person they meet and trust. Then one by one, not just the most expensive listings are showcased to sample on demand. The videos pull you around, through the property listings, through the community you serve. Anything that lets the buyer stay right where they are and get served, delivered information they vitally need is a good thing! Combine the technology. Not just the floor plan that tips the scale. But it all helps like survey plat maps weaved into the presentation. Quality of life, what is it like around the sticks and bricks is the emotional component to not neglect.

Good morning Dagny Eason ,

We have seen this technology and even ran it by buyers to see what they thought of the experience. They liked how you could go through the home and played with it because it was so novel but in the real process of looking for a home didn't want to spend that amount of time looking at each listing offered. It will be interesting to see your results..its definitely cutting edge and I'm sure you will see over time if it's cost effective. Thanks for your introduction..it's cool..keep us updated over time on the results!

This is one of those things that will end the careers of agents leading to the Rise of the FSBO's. Who wouldnt want to use this and then act on it?

Technology will only continue to advance in real estate as consumers demand it and real estate agents must find their niche over the competition in local markets.

I really love it & I can't believe you bought the camera! I haven't had a house large enough to actually use it yet.

I was one of the first in Florida to buy into this and I'm just saying its what many clients worldwide have said made their buying decision. We shoot every listing and even today we have sold a luxury home the first day on market.
